If you’ve ever walked into a coffee shop and immediately felt like you weren’t cool enough to be there, Sightglass Coffee might give you that vibe at first. It’s one of those sleek, modern, industrial-style cafés with high ceilings, a roastery in the back, and baristas who look like they know everything there is to know about coffee. When I first walked in I felt like I was walking into a cave or an igloo of sorts.

But once you get past the slightly intimidating atmosphere, I began to see why people like the place so much.

They roast their own beens ensuring the freshness of each individual cup. I got an oat milk cappuccino - my go to and it tasted great. Im not going to say it was the best cappuccino i've ever had but it was definitely very enjoyable. It cost me roughly $6 which is honestly the price of most cappuccinos these days and I think it was worth it. They did charge extra for oat milk but like... obviously. The milk was smooth and foamy though so I guess it cancelled out the price.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into roasting their beans just right, and it pays off. Like I said before my cappuccino was $6, the place is not very cheap or everyday coffee friendly, so I suggest treating it more like a treat yourself sort of experience t rather than an everyday stop. Unless you’ve got that kind of money to drop on coffee regularly. But if you’re into trying high-quality coffee that actually tastes different in the best way possible, it’s totally worth it.
